Renewable Energy in the CaribbeanGoing green is good for our planet, our health and even better for our economies! So when one island within our region contributes to that we must all join in and support.

Grenada deserves a thumps up for putting words into action!

Come 2020 it is expected that; 20% of Grenada's energy consumption will be renewable, electricity costs will be stablised and over 500 typical Grenadian homes will be powered through Clean energy. #GoGrenada #GreenerGrenada

This new project will generate enough energy to offset more than 1,200 metric tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2). “By diversifying our energy portfolio to bring more renewable energy online, we can help achieve our goal of 20% renewable energy by 2020, stabilise electricity costs, and contribute to a greener Grenada", said Mr. Hosten.
