Antigua & Barbuda

Antigua and Barbuda lay roughly in the centre of the Leeward Islands and offer many secluded bays and white sandy beaches.  The land in Antigua is generally flat and dry, with a small range of hills to the west of the island, whilst Barbuda is a flat coral island, with extensive sandy beaches.

Having been a popular tourist destination for many years, the rich and wealthy have over the years constructed many large homes and small estates in Antigua, however with mass travel the island has increasingly attracted more foreign property ownership resulting in a wider range of property values, but still tending towards the higher end of the Caribbean property market.

House construction in Antigua and Barbuda is typically in reinforced concrete, with the majority of the larger properties having a swimming pool.
